I enjoyed my stay, especially the breathtaking view of the sacred site from my room, which truly enhanced my experience. The hotel was well-kept and luxurious, making it a comfortable place to rest after long days of visiting. However, the reception staff's demeanor could use some improvement, as the check-in process felt disorganized and lacking in hospitality.

great stay but minor hiccups
The room offered an amazing view of the Haram, making our family feel special during our stay. The breakfast buffet was one of the highlights, showcasing a vast selection of delicious options that catered to everyone's tastes.
Check-in was a bit slower than expected.

I enjoyed my stay with friendly staff and a clean, modern room with a great view. However, the breakfast options were limited and the check-in process was a bit confusing due to signage issues. Overall, it's a good choice for families visiting the area, especially for its convenient location to nearby attractions.

I had an amazing experience during our stay with the kids. The breakfast was phenomenal, offering an impressive variety and the service was quick and attentive. It truly made our mornings enjoyable, and we felt well taken care of throughout our time there.
In my wife's opinion, the restaurant's distance from our room was inconvenient for our young kids. Having a more accessible dining area would have made our stay much smoother.

Comfortable Stay with Great Service
Enjoyed my recent visit, particularly the cleanliness of my room and the exceptional service from the housekeeping staff. Mr Rizan stood out with his attention to detail and kindness. Families should utilize the nearby mall for easy access to dining options and shopping. Go for a higher floor for better views!

would stay here again
The location is fantastic, just a 5-minute stroll to Masjid Al Haram. My room had a breathtaking view of the Kaaba, and breakfast was a royal spread with tons of options. The staff was quick to lend prayer mats and even had a special prayer room for latecomers. Very clean with all the amenities like a minibar and coffee machine.
