    I had an amazing experience during our stay with the kids. The breakfast was phenomenal, offering an impressive variety and the service was quick and attentive. It truly made our mornings enjoyable, and we felt well taken care of throughout our time there.

    In my wife's opinion, the restaurant's distance from our room was inconvenient for our young kids. Having a more accessible dining area would have made our stay much smoother.

    The location is fantastic, just a 5-minute stroll to Masjid Al Haram. My room had a breathtaking view of the Kaaba, and breakfast was a royal spread with tons of options. The staff was quick to lend prayer mats and even had a special prayer room for latecomers. Very clean with all the amenities like a minibar and coffee machine.

    It was just an excellent fit for exploring town in Mecca with exceptional value. The room had the best view that made us feel like we were right next to Kaaba. Be ready for a bit of a wait for the elevators during peak times.

    I had a fantastic stay at Swissotel Makkah. The room offered amazing views and the customer service, especially from Rawan Mousa at the front desk, was really good. While the transportation service could improve, the very nice breakfast and cleanliness made my experience nice.
